I was quite disappointed with the rude staff . They seemed uninterested in helping us when we requested additional tea and coffee. The breakfast options were limited and monotonous, which didn't meet my expectations for variety.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with friendly staff, who provided excellent service at reception to facilitate a smooth stay, and conveniently located near tram line 1 for easy access to local attractions.

It's a good budget hotel. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Historic centre within walking distance. We liked it there.
No free parking. Underground parking of the hotel costs 60 PLN ($16) per day.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the restaurant at night, the city center near the Vistula River and the centre of town. The breakfast was perfect with several options, reasonably priced.
